National Engineering Research Center of Visual Technology (NELVT) has the special mission to address the urgent needs of digital media industry of China. It was established under the leadership of the Ministry of Education and the National Development and Reform Commission in February 2009. NELVT has 8 full professors, 2 associate professors, 1 assistant professor and 2 senior engineers. Among them, there is 1 member of Chinese Academy of Engineering, 1 Changjiang Scholar, 2Distinguished Young Scholars of NSFC, 1 Excellent Young Scholar of NSFC.
