张腾博士2016年毕业于北京大学信息科学技术学院,获得理学学士学位,2021年毕业于北京大学微电子学系,获得理学博士学位,之后在北京大学集成电路学院进行博士后研究,2025年12月起任北京大学计算机学院助理研究员。
张腾博士长期从事后摩尔器件与集成技术、感存算一体、智能计算芯片等研究,截至2025年12月,张腾博士在国内外顶级会议及期刊发表论文六十余篇。被引用超过3800次,H指数为26,以一作或通讯作者发表National Science Review、Nature Electronics、Nature Communications、Advanced Materials等顶级期刊论文10余篇,多篇论文入选ESI高被引论文、 期刊封面和编辑精选。申请国内外发明专利10余项。主持/参与国家自然科学基金青年、面上、重点,科技部重点研发计划等多项国家/省部级项目。作为Nature Communications, IEEE TED, IEEE EDL, Communications Engineering, Frontiers in Neuroscience等期刊和会议的审稿人。
